Guides and Brownies and I think Mother's Union on a visit to St Mary's, Great Maplestead, Essex. It was a Church of England Children's Home where I was doing my Nursary nurse training. It may have been because the Brownies had been fund raising for the society, then known as The Waifs and Strays.
