Looks like Dutch Village area which would have placed it more on the old Hill Hall Farm which I think was also owned by Bill Cass in later years

Hello Hill House farm was indeed owned by the Cass family at least as late as 1961 when I worked there. I think my employer was David Cass. Regards Sparrow
