Mock Election

Not sure what the story is but it is titled Mock Election and was taking place outside the main Post Office not long before it moved across the road to Martins.

In the picture are Ernie Johnson, National Chairman (of what we do not know) Ron Denny and Alan Mumford.

The box says Mock P.R.C Elections. Ballot Box. D for Despicable (Current Council), P for Caring, Honest. The ballot paper just says D or P.

The notice behind them says something about Penshioners Un……….
