Re-internment Anglican Nuns

At the Willows Cemetery

By Janet Penn

Today the Archive was present at a ceremony at the Willows Cemetery, Northwick Road for the re-internment of the 16 bodies removed from the Anglian Convent.

Rev Marion conducted the service for the nuns and lay people who all died in the 1930s and originally buried in a small cemetery at the Convent.

Headstones will be added to the grave at a later date.
