Roman Pottery found on Canvey

These pictures are some of the pots found at Canvey Point. The pots are dated 43AD to 409AD. Many more have been found here and at other sites around the Island. More of these pots and other interesting things can be found on the site Unlocking Essex’s Past from the Heritage conservation at Essex County Council.
