Seven Decades of Canvey

The Archive are pleased to announce that on Wednesday 25th November from 2-4pm at The War Memorial Hall, Dr Alan Whitcomb, Canvey resident and author of ‘Hops, Doodlebugs and Floods’ will be giving us a talk titled ‘Seven Decades of Canvey’.

Everyone who has an interest in Canvey history is welcome to join us.

There’s no entry fee but a collection will be made at the end of the talk in aid of CISCA House which was founded by his father Harry.

Refreshments will be served after the talk for a small fee.
