Vaguely seem to recall this old structure was sited along Eastern Esplanade up towards the point as remember one time walking up there with my family in the late 1960s-Early 1970s & popping in there for tea & cakes, seeing all the wall murals certainly caught my eye as it was a somewhat unusual room decor & did not understand the reasoning behind it all although it was a pleasant sight, (along with the building structure itself).
