What a mess Zandi road was in 1975. The old building to your left has long gone. The building works going on in the middle are the flats on the corner of Eastern Esplanade and May Avenue. This area was never made into a through road as Zandi Road was cut off at this point to make way for the entrance to Lubbins school which was eventually built out of picture to the right.
