Nostagic Return

Sunny Day by The Sea
By Lee Morrison

In August 2008 my family and I, including my parents who had a caravan on Thorney Bay Beach Camp, spent a brill day on the beach by the concord cafe, where, as a kid, my brother and I would play and fish in the pools, hide under the cafe and eat soggy cucumber sandwiches Yuk!!

The day was really good and the beach was packed.  Good to see.

Hope you like the pictures

Having seen your lovely photos and what a great day you had last summer it would be fantastic if the council kept the sea front nice for people to visit more and to put facilities like toilets etc., as it would bring more people to the sea front on a regular basis. I often in the summer and winter take walks along the sea front and always enjoy the fresh air and the memories of the seaside as a little girl.
