The picture in the middle looks so familiar, but I cannot remember where I have seen it. I will keep looking and hopefully find out where it was.

Just looked at the list I have of Gregson's properties the Moorings was one of his in February 1928 rented out to (Allbut) for 30/- per week

I think the Moorings was between May Avenue and Gains Corner. Wasn't it a shop in the forties/early fifties?
