The Red Cow sign can just be made out in the curved part of the sign but I have had trouble trying to see what the actual sign says

The sign reads Blyth & Squiers Stanford le Hope. The brewery was established in approximately 1847 it was then sold to Seabrooks Brewery of Grays in 1914. Later it was demolished in the mid-60s.
